A retro-style ‘Cream Liner,’ reminiscent of 1960s luxury airplanes, takes guests into a delightful sensory journey, featuring a flight attendant dishing out scoops directly from an ice cream cart down the aisle. Miami-themed surprises abound throughout, from the Versace Mansion-inspired sprinkle pool you can slide into to a secret beach room adorned with pink palm trees within the Grand Hall of Freezers. Each attraction, from the banana jungle to the carnival game zone equipped with mini-golf and vibrant piñatas, is carefully curated to offer a visually stunning experience, celebrating both the lively essence of the Magic City and the joys of sweets.

During their exploration of the various pastel-hued spaces, attendees can enjoy unlimited ice cream. Museum of Ice Cream Miami has collaborated with sensory scientists from International Flavors and Fragrances to develop a multi-sensory tasting journey featuring tropical flavors from local favorites Azucar Ice Cream and the plant-based Cosmic Bliss, showcasing their new coconut-based soft serve. For those visiting during “adults only” hours, cream-themed cocktails are also on offer.

“Living in Miami, and the opportunity to open a Museum at the Faena Bazaar back in 2018 was an aspiration for me and fundamentally transformed my approach to designing the five additional museums we’ve launched worldwide,” stated Maryellis Bunn, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Museum of Ice Cream. “Now that this Museum is a permanent establishment, I was able to redefine the limits of design and interaction, creating the creamiest, most vibrant, and delightful museum yet.
