Every Easter Sunday, the cozy oceanfront Beach Terrace Inn in North San Diego unveils numerous hidden beachfront rooms priced at $1 and $99 for travelers to discover and reserve on their website.
This charming 48-room hotel features generous guest rooms that can be as spacious as 700 square feet. Guests can fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the waves just outside their doorstep.
A beloved spot at the hotel is by the Shorebreak Pool overlooking the ocean, and in the evening, guests can cozy up by one of the fire pits.
The discounted rates concealed within the booking calendar are valid for check-ins between April 2024 and December 2024.
While visiting Carlsbad, witness the vivid and vibrant The Flower Fields, showcasing 50 acres of blooming Ranunculus flowers. This impressive super bloom comprises over 200,000 ranunculus plants per acre. On average, each plant produces 10 blooms, totaling to 2 million blooms per acre. During the peak floral season, the field is alive with around 80 million flowers in full bloom.

SAN DIEGO
Celebrate Easter weekend at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina on Harbor Island with a vibrant Sunday affair. The newly launched Rumorosa will host its inaugural holiday brunch buffet from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Each adult will receive a welcome drink, and guests will have the chance to meet the Easter Bunny for photos.
Chef de Cuisine Cesar Oceguera’s Cali-Baja brunch features mini renditions of his famous Concha breakfast sandwich, a carved Barbacoa leg of lamb, a selection of fresh seafood, and petit desserts. Live music will add to the ambiance and dining experience.
Youthful attendees can partake in either of the two Easter egg hunts, commencing at 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.

The luxurious five-star The Peninsula Beverly Hills is marking Easter Sunday with a variety of family-friendly activities throughout the day.
Lively guests can start their day with a visit from the Easter Bunny in the lobby, followed by an Easter egg hunt near the Infinity Fountain. Families can then come together for an extravagant four-course Easter brunch crafted by Michelin-starred Chef Ralf Schlegel. The Belvedere menu showcases starters such as mini chocolate croissants, pretzel twists, and Parker House rolls. The spread includes an avocado and citrus salad, roasted lamb, crab cake benedict, and Silver Dollar chocolate chip pancakes among other seasonal delights.
