Finding a pet-friendly hotel can be a challenge, but Archer Hotel Burlington goes above and beyond to make your four-legged friend feel right at home. Located just 12 miles northwest of Boston, this luxury boutique hotel not only allows pets, but also rolls out the red carpet to welcome them.

During our recent stay at Archer Hotel Burlington, we brought along our English bulldog, Gertrude, for a one-night visit. From the moment we arrived, the friendly front desk attendants greeted Gertie with open arms and treats. And she showed her appreciation with wet kisses.

The hotel offers 147 guest rooms and suites with upscale amenities, such as Frette bathrobes and Malin+Goetz bath amenities. The interior of the hotel features a stylish industrial design with lofted, floating wood ceilings, exposed brick, and steel-wrapped concrete columns.

We stayed in the spacious Archer’s Den with Balcony Suite, which had a comfortable living area, a private balcony with Adirondack rockers, and a luxurious walk-in shower. The king bedroom was also equipped with a large flat screen TV.

But what really impressed us was the thoughtfulness of the pet amenities. The suite had a designated dog bed, a lobster chew toy, a shark bandana, and gourmet treats from Buddy Biscuits. They even provided cleanup bags and an elevated water and food bowl to keep things tidy.

The hotel goes the extra mile to make pets feel special. There’s a “Dog in Room” card that can be placed outside the suite, letting others know that your furry friend is dreaming of Buddy Biscuits and tennis balls. Plus, the double king guest rooms feature artwork with Boston terriers on skateboards.

In addition to the pet-friendly accommodations, Archer Hotel Burlington also has a fully stocked wet bar/kitchenette in the suite, as well as an on-site restaurant called AKB.

The hotel recently added a corridor gallery digital photo series called “Golden Strong,” featuring golden retrievers in support of canine cancer research. This series honors Spencer, the official dog of the Boston Marathon.

If you’re looking for a pet-friendly hotel near Boston, Archer Hotel Burlington is the perfect choice. Located at 18 Third Avenue in Burlington, Mass., it offers a luxurious and welcoming stay for both you and your four-legged companion.
