The premium vodka, which originates from the pure waters of the Roaring Fork River and is produced using exclusive Colorado Red Winter Wheat, pays homage to both excellence and ecological responsibility. The distillery, occupying an 18,000-square-foot ex-lumber yard site, has witnessed the rejuvenation of the land and nearby soil. The facility derives 105% of its power from a blend of solar energy sources both on-site and off-site, transforming Aspen Vodka Distillery into a contributor to one of America’s cleanest energy networks, generating more sustainable energy than it consumes. The onsite wastewater treatment that is energy-neutral produces zero carbon emissions and enhances water quality, with the entire distillation process wastewater treated before reintroduction into the Roaring Fork River. Now fully operational, the distillery showcases a +26% deduction in embodied carbon through a comprehensive assessment of its entire lifecycle.
