Chef Vongerichten expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration, saying, “It’s a great honor to partner with Silver Oak Cellars for this wine pairing dinner at ARIA. I’ve been a fan of the wine brand for a long time.”
The menu for the wine dinner includes a reception with canapés, followed by a fine dining experience with carefully selected wine pairings.
Tickets for this event are priced at $750 per person, and reservations can be made through Sevenrooms. Please note that seating is limited.
