The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills has introduced “Legend and LVE at The London WeHo Rooftop,” a collaboration with LVE Wines by musician/composer John Legend. This fresh open-air dining encounter provides panoramic vistas from the Hollywood Sign to Santa Monica in conjunction with both a la carte and fixed-price dinner choices.
Patrons can now relish supper above the urban landscape at The London’s new rooftop space, either in a cabana or at a cozy table.
“We continually strive to offer enjoyable experiences to our visitors and locals and are thrilled to manifest this novel dining escapade alongside esteemed artist John Legend and his LVE wines from Napa Valley and France,” expressed Anthony Keene, Head Chef of The London West Hollywood.
Chef Keene devised a unique John Legend three-course fixed-price menu featuring dishes inspired by John’s preferred delicacies from his partner Chrissy Teigen’s cookbook, “Cravings.” The starters encompass BBQ chicken pizza, croquembouche, French onion soup grantine, and short rib ravioli. The main courses include fried chicken, spicy miso pasta with clams, and beef wellington with a mac and cheese gratin. The dishes are paired with LVE red, white, and sparkling wines.
Additionally, there is a diverse a la carte menu boasting seafood with caviar, king crab, and grilled wagyu, charred octopus salad, charcuterie platter, lobster tortellini with corn and mushrooms, pea and mushroom risotto, branzino with artichokes and fennel, prime rib cap, bone-in New York strip, filet mignon, and a dry-aged porterhouse steak. The dishes can also be accompanied by LVE Wines and Boisset Collection wines, John Legend’s LVE collaborator.
“I’m delighted to embark on this collaboration with The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills and LVE,” conveyed Jean-Charles Boisett, owner of the Boisset Collection. “In 2015, John Legend and I jointly created the inaugural Legend Vineyard Exclusive wines and now they are all accessible to savor at this legendary spot throughout the summer with culinary pairings influenced by some of John and Chrissy’s recipes.”
The ambiance of the seasonal rooftop dining locale mirrors a LVE Wine-inspired backdrop, inclusive of exquisitely branded glassware and exclusive embellishments like a floral wall with luminous signage. This summertime affair will extend until Labor Day Weekend.
