This summer, the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens are offering an unparalleled culinary adventure during brunch or evening meals amidst the beauty and curiosity the space elicits.
The enchanting floricultural display titled “Higher Love,” adopts a fanciful hot air balloon motif, taking cues from steampunk aesthetics, old-world European charm, the universality of love, and the splendor of the natural world.

In the West Bed, nestled amidst the Conservatory’s beauty, guests will find the Garden Table. Patrons are encouraged to step into the basket of a magnificent 36-foot-tall hot air balloon, which offers an extraordinary view of the resplendent Bellagio Conservatory.
