All food scraps and compostable waste are dispatched to Cedar Grove for composting, aiding in the diversion of 350,000 tons of agricultural and culinary waste from Washington State’s landfills. On the whole, the Hyatt Regency Seattle demonstrates its dedication to promoting eco-conscious practices for a brighter tomorrow.
