Picture ascending to your high-rise flat while seated in your Bentley vehicle. That daydream will materialize in 2027 upon the finishing of the Bentley Residences Miami on Sunny Isles beach. It will stand as the first Bentley-branded residential high-rise.
The ultra-luxurious project by Bentley Motors and Dezer Development, Bentley Residences, will embody lavish living on the beach with top-tier hospitality and service. Positioned on a deluxe oceanfront area at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, the opulent condo will tower 62 stories high, offering panoramic vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Every private balcony will feature a personal heated swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, and spacious living space.
However, the most astonishing feature will be the chance for occupants to drive their automobiles into one of four designated elevators called the “Dezervator lift” to literally enter their upper-level condo. The inventive vehicle lifts and glass-enclosed sky garages will showcase cars as artworks in each of the 216 private residences.
The Dezervator, named after its creator Gil Dezer, establishes a matchless lifestyle for purchasers centered around exclusiveness and privacy. The innovation enables three- and four-car sky garages within each unit and provides convenient, secure storage for private car collections. Along with the possibility for EV charging facilities, these sky garages also allow additional space for storage and small motorized vehicles such as jet skis and motorcycles.
Drawing from the reputation and tradition of the brand, Bentley Residences will evoke a feeling of sophistication, grandeur, and refinement, setting a new standard for deluxe living on the beach with top-tier hospitality and service. Crafted by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Bentley Motors, Bentley Residences will integrate Bentley’s most distinctive design elements into its architecture and interiors.
For instance, the iconic diamond-quilted pattern found on Bentley car doors will be replicated on the tower’s exterior through diamond-shaped glass panels carefully angled to reflect natural light. As a result, the facade will shimmer in the sunlight. These same patterns and shapes are mirrored throughout the building, including the diamond-embossed stone in the primary bathrooms and the diamond-shaped floor tiles spanning the lobby.
Christophe Georges, President and CEO of Bentley Motors, Inc., remarks, “We are delighted to commemorate this crucial milestone in the development of Bentley Residences Miami. Demonstrating our dedication to great design, this development will deliver a living experience that embodies the very essence of the Bentley brand.”
The private residences at Bentley Residences pledge to be as exceptional and deliberate as the car lift. They embrace the concept of seamless indoor-outdoor living and provide expansive private outdoor spaces with unhindered views extending to the coastline. Each private balcony will feature a spacious living area specially designed to cut through any strong winds, allowing residents to light a candle effortlessly even 30 floors up in the air.
This ingenuity extends indoors to the home interiors. State-of-the-art kitchens will showcase Gaggenau appliances, Italian-designed cabinetry, and motorized doors that conceal the space with a wave of the hand. Master bathrooms will serve as private spas with personal saunas, concealed TVs behind mirrors, and outdoor showers in selected units. Similar to the facade, the interiors also integrate subtle references to the Bentley brand. The iconic diamond pattern, along with its chrome finishes and distinctive textured door handles, knobs, and pulls, are incorporated in small yet impactful ways that will resonate with Bentley brand enthusiasts.
Spanning 2.4 acres, the groundbreaking ceremony this month for Bentley Residences symbolizes the promising future of the site’s former Thunderbird Hotel. The property will offer a verdant beach club and oceanfront pool deck with food and drink service, cabanas, and stunning ocean views, along with a 20,000-square-foot array of amenities including a whiskey bar, cigar lounge, wellness and rejuvenation spa, cinema, and oceanfront beauty salon. Four-time James Beard award-winning celebrity chef Todd English will curate the menu and dining experience for an exclusive private eatery, which also features catering, demonstrations, and food and wine pairings for residents. Pricing begins at $5.6 million.
