Executive Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage at The Hollywood Roosevelt, Sumeet Jhingan, affirms, “Library Lounge has long been adored by both locals and tourists for its speakeasy ambiance and outstanding mixology. We patiently awaited the perfect moment and concept to relaunch it.” Jhingan adds, “By bringing on board such a skilled mixologist as Michael Palazzo, we have enhanced its offerings to provide a truly bespoke experience tailored to the contemporary cocktail aficionado.”
Palazzo engages guests in discussions about their culinary and beverage preferences, concocting distinct cocktails and mocktails to suit their tastes and liquor inclinations.
